I thought you would enjoy knowing, I took June to her first vet visit yesterday! I've got one beautiful healthy pup! Have her on a year plan at petsmart with a wonderful vet that I just loved! June was so well behaved! She loved meeting all her new friends, and didn't even realize she was getting a shot when she did! Oh I'm just so happy with my June!

Hey Renita!
Well we have almost made two weeks with our puppy home and he's doing great! The trip home was a breeze - no carsickness - whew! We decided to name him Hank. He is such a smart, sweet puppy and yet very rambunctious. He makes us smile every day (and my mom too from all the pictures I've sent her)! The first night was rough, like you said it probably would be. He did not appreciate my attempt to crate him! He is gradually getting used to being crated but for now he gets to cuddle with me at night. He has been to the vet once with a great report and will go back for booster shots next week. I just wanted to say thanks for everything and to let you know that Hank is doing great!

Hank is doing great! We continue to get great reports at the vet. He almost weighs 10 lbs already! He gets the hiccups almost once a day which is pretty funny. The vet said he'd grow out of it eventually. We are actually starting a puppy class at PetSmart tonight. I am looking forward to some training tips because Hank is a handful. We have taught him to sit but that's all so far. I know he is very smart so I am excited to see what we learn in class. Potty training and crate training are a work in progress but he is getting better at both every day. I am so thankful for him (even when he's naughty!) because he makes us so happy! He loves to chew his rawhide bone and will play tug-of-war as long as you can stand it. But my favorite is cuddling with him at night, he sleeps with his nose right in the crook of my neck!
